Product Delivery: USADiplomaFrames.com securely packages each custom-made diploma frame and ships it FedEx Ground. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a business or residential address for delivery. If there is damage to your frame during shipping, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Orders placed without the diploma size details may be delayed while we verify the diploma dimensions with the university. High school diploma dimensions must be provided by the customer, and since we can’t verify those dimensions with each high school, the customer is responsible for those dimensions. Please contact your registrar's office to find out the diploma dimensions to avoid any delays.

Frames usually ship between 2-4 weeks.  You will receive tracking information once the frame ships.
