Your frame will come with hook(s) already on the frame.
We custom-build each frame, so you let us know the size of your documents and we will build the frame to fit the document.
We ONLY use solid wood mouldings. All of the other framing materials used are acid-free, so they will not damage your documents. Each moulding is about 1 5/8″ – 2″ in width.
The overall size of the frame will depend on the size of your document. We cut the opening for your diploma and then there is about 2 inches of matting and then the mouldings are 1 5/8″ to 2″ in width. A standard 8.5″ x 11 document will be in a frame with the overall size of about 15″ x 18″.
Shipping is FREE to all 48 continental states. For orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or to foreign countries, please contact us for exact shipping rates. For rush delivery please contact us for rates. We do not ship to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address.
Most frames will ship within 2 – 3 weeks via Fedex Ground. If you require special shipping needs (expedited shipping, for example), please give us a call. Once your frame is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Most frame orders ship within 2–3 weeks. We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship frames outside the United States.
There are a couple of reasons to choose your school’s name. First it gives you the framing options for your school, such as lithograph and embossing availability. And second, if you don’t know the diploma size, it allows us to know what school to contact for that information. However, we do recommend you putting the dimensions of your diploma in if you have already received it.
