If you would like to return your frame for a refund, please ship the frame(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt. Once they are received, you will receive a full refund. Please write the order ID on the outside of the box.

If you would like a different moulding or mat color, or your document doesn’t fit in your frame, please call us, and we will be happy to exchange materials for a minimal cost to you.
