Frames are shipped Fedex Ground. Fedex does not deliver to PO Box addresses, so please provide a street address if possible.

We can ship to a business or personal address. If you are concerned about a package being left at an apartment or house address, consider shipping your order to your office.

Frames are packed in secure frame shipping boxes approved by Fedex and other shipping companies. In rare cases, frames may get damaged during transit. Please open the package upon delivery and inspect it for any damage. If there is anything, let us know right away so we can take care of any issues.

We offer free shipping on all frame orders within the continental United States. There is a shipping cost to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Please call for a quote. We do not ship frames to locations outside of the United States.

Most frames ship within 2-3 weeks. If you need the order sooner, give us a call and we can try to expedite the order for a fee. During the holiday and graduation seasons it is best to order early!
